The Northern Kentucky Mental Health Mental Retardation Regional Board, Inc., invites you to read its quarterly community newsletter, The Key (available to download below). We call it that because NorthKey Community Care provides services to help members of our community find "the key" to their personal potential. We do this through direct service, education and collaboration with other agencies.

Therefore, the primary goals of this newsletter are:

1. To inform the community and other organizations about our services.
2. To inform the public about the successes of mental health, substance abuse and mental retardation clients as they use the community agencies available to them.
3. To inform the community about state legislation that would affect those dealing with mental health, substance abuse and mental retardation issues.
