Available Degreed Positions
NorthKey Community Care has full-time and part-time openings for an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Psychiatric certification to work with both adults and children.
Job Duties:
•Provides diagnostic evaluation services.
• Coordinates medication clinic at outpatient location, including handling sample medications and writing prescriptions.
•Provides aftercare follow-up for post-hospitalized patients, with emphasis on psychopharmacology treatment.
•Provide individual and/or group treatment of clients per needs of client and agency.

NorthKey Community Care is seeking a board certified or eligible for board certification Psychiatrist to work with both adults and/or children. This position provides psychiatric, chemical dependence and dual diagnosis services to NorthKey clients and efficiently utilizes available resources to maximize provision of quality care within budgetary constraints.
Job Duties:
•Provides psychiatric clinical services, including diagnostic and medication evaluations, pharmacotherapy, emergency/crisis intervention, and telephone consultation, with appropriate documentation of these activities in agency records.
• Provides regular consultation and collaboration with other NorthKey Community Care clinical staff, through regular attendance at unit staffings and as clinical needs dictate.
• Participates in the formulation of treatment plans through staffing in order to assure that the psychiatric/medical needs of NorthKey clients are addressed.

Adult Outpatient Therapist
NorthKey Community Care is seeking an Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy, primarily to adults, in an outpatient setting.
Job Duties:
•Provide outpatient clinical evaluations to determine current mental status and severity of psychiatric symptoms.
•Provide individual, family, couple, or group therapy, depending on client need and best practice standards under the supervision of an independently licensed clinician.
•Expedite referrals to a NorthKey prescriber or psychologist if necessary. Make referrals for case management, therapeutic rehabilitation, employment rehabilitation services, or housing services as required by client need.

Available Non-Degreed Positions

Direct Support Staff
NorthKey Community Care Supports for Community Living Program is seeking Residential Home Care Staff (aka Direct Support Professionals) to fill full-time and part-time positions in our No KY locations. Qualified staff will work in a 24 residential home setting supporting 3 adults with intellectual disabilities, ensuring health and safety and providing assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation/planning, medication administration, laundry/housekeeping and personal care. Residential staff also may facilitate community outings and provide transportation to work programs or other activities. NorthKey offers extensive paid training including classroom, CPR/First Aid and onsite training at each location.

JOB DETAILS • Full and part-time positions available • Hourly wage plus benefits for full-time • Full-time schedule consists of one 18 hour shift and one 22 hour shift, which requires sleeping overnight (fully paid). Part-time schedule consists of one 18 or 22 hour shift.

QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to write legibly and coherently • Ability to conduct safety drills as directed. • Must have valid driver’s license; free of drug or alcohol related charges. • Must pass criminal background check • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred, but will train right applicant.To apply send resume to HR>
