Our crisis staff is available when you need us. We provide quick triage and response 24 hours per day, every day, for emergent/urgent needs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families within the Northern Kentucky region.
When you call us, we first gather information so we can accurately understand and assess the emergent needs. We will then work with you and your community supports to assure personal safety. We also seek to re-connect to your community-based services, if needed. Our staff helps develop a short-term action plan to reduce the immediate crisis.
We also assist you and your support system arrange for short-term stabilization services and supports to help de-escalate the crisis. These short-term services may include case management, respite care, behavioral intervention services and, when necessary, temporary housing.
