NorthKey partners with schools to support the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students—helping them succeed academically, socially, and personally. Our school-based services are designed to meet students where they are, reduce barriers to care, and strengthen the entire school community.

Help accessing resources and navigating care systems.

Prevention Services
Education and outreach to reduce substance use and promote wellness.

Youth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured treatment while youth remain at home.

Outpatient Crisis Stabilization
Short-term support to safely manage a mental health crisis.

Transition Age Youth
Coordinated care for young adults ages 16–26.

Wraparound
Team-based support to keep youth stable in the community.

Youth Peer Support
Recovery support from trained peers with lived experience.

Psych Med
Psychiatric medication evaluation and management.

Integrated Care Coordination
Connecting behavioral, medical, and support services.

Targeted Case Management
Help for families accessing resources related to education, physical needs, and community support.

Referrals
Families/Guardians:
School-based referrals for any child who needs mental health services are made by the school districts. Please contact the school’s administrator.
