Crisis Evaluations

What We Do: Licensed therapist evaluation, safety planning, and care recommendations. School safety evaluations available.

Mobile Crisis

What We Do: Crisis assessment and support in the community, with therapist evaluation via telehealth.

Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU)
Who: Ages 12+ (not needing immediate hospitalization)

How to Access: Call the crisis line and ask for Crisis Stabilization or walk in
What We Do: Voluntary, short-term stay (up to 23 hours) to stabilize and develop a safe plan to return to the community.

Hospital Discharge Support
Who: Individuals discharged from psychiatric hospitalization
When: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Where: In person or telehealth
How to Access: Hospital or individual calls the Call Center
What We Do: Care coordination and connection to therapy, medication, and ongoing services.

IDD Crisis Services

What We Do: Call back within 15 minutes, crisis support, and ongoing assistance until a safe plan is in place.
