How to Sign Up for the Client Portal

In order to get signed up, you will need an access code. If you need an access code or have any questions contact us at (859) 578-3200, Option 4: Medical Records or email: Nk_him@northkey.org.

1. You can request client portal access through the NorthKey Care Team
2. You will be sent a link to the client portal via email
3. Click this link to the portal and enter your registration key
4. Fill in first and last name, birth month and day, then click next
5. Create your user name and password then click next
6. Answer three security questions and then click continue
7. The next screen you see will be the Client Portal Homepage
