NorthKey Community Care will be recognized as the leader of integrated primary healthcare for individuals and families with behavioral healthcare needs and developmental disabilities.

How We Change Lives

Since 1966 we have provided mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities services where they are needed most –right in our community. Our staff delivers services based in research and integrated into the 8-county Northern Kentucky region.

We employ treatment and service delivery staff with a variety of professional degrees and educational backgrounds. Combined with our multiple and convenient locations throughout the region, this allows us to offer a wide array of mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities services unparalleled in the region. Our staff maintains a working knowledge of current clinical research, and provides care and services in an effective and efficient manner.

Customer Support
Our compassionate and knowledgeable customer support team members are often the first faces you see when you arrive at a NorthKey office.
School-Based Services
Our school-based clinicians work with students, parents, teachers, counselors and other school professionals, as part of the school team, to effectively identify, plan and respond when social and personal issues arise.
Peer Support
Peer support specialists are people who have been successful in the recovery process who help others experiencing similar situations.
Integrated Care Coordinators
Care coordination reaches across medical and nonmedical domains to address interrelated medical, social, developmental, behavioral, educational, and financial needs to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes.
IDD Crisis Team
Our knowledgeable IDD staff provide immediate response to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities within the region who are in a crisis.
Crisis Team
Our Crisis Team consists of dedicated individuals ready to help you during periods of high stress and at critical points in your treatment and recovery process.
