About Sierra
Lead Manager of Community Support Services
Sierra joined NorthKey in 2016, providing therapy to clients served through the Homeless Services Program. She received her clinical supervision through NorthKey and obtained her Independent Licensure (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in 2018. Since then, Sierra has served as the Team Leader of Homeless Services and eventually moved into her current role as Lead Manager of Community Support Services. She continues to carry a small caseload of therapy clients and offers clinical supervision to non-independent clinicians, as well as interns. Sierra enjoys the teamwork and continual creative thinking that is inherent in the work within a Community Mental Health setting. When outside of the office, you can find her spending time with her family, specifically her daughter. There are frequent library trips and coffee stops happening on the weekends; only enhancing the love and passion she has for helping create a thriving community for all people in the area. Sierra knows the value and need for strong community supports for all, especially those struggling with mental health and/or addictions.
