Located just off of Interstate 71/75 on Burlington Pike (Route 18) in Florence, Kentucky, this location is staffed with a variety of mental health and substance use professionals to meet your needs, including psychiatric and primary care nurse practitioners, therapists and counselors, care coordinators, employment and housing specialists, peer support specialists, and more! In addition, Genoa Healthcare operates a full pharmacy at this location.
NorthKey has Open Access at all office locations. You can be seen for an initial appointment or crisis needs when and where it is convenient for you.
