Client Portal Activation Instructions

Welcome to the NorthKey Client Portal Instructions! In order to get started, make sure that you have the access code and instructions to get signed up. If you need an access code or have any questions contact our ACCESS call center at 859-331-3292 or email: Nk_him@northkey.org.

  1. You can request client portal access through the NorthKey Care Team
  2. You will be sent a link to the client portal via email
  3. Click this link to the portal and enter your registration key
  4. Fill in first and last name, birth month and day, then click next
  5. Create your user name and password then click next
  6. Answer three security questions and then click continue
  7. The next screen you see will be the Client Portal Homepage
