The Home and Community Based Waiver can include assessment and reassessment, case management, adult day health care, and respite care. People utilizing this waiver typically live at home and have at least one health care need.

Supports are offered to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who meet criteria. Psychological testing and adaptive behavior assessment are needed to verify disability.
It is perfectly fine to be receiving services on one waiver while waiting on services on another waiver. But you cannot access two waivers at once.
