IMPACT Case Management

If your child is diagnosed with a severe emotional disturbance (SED), NorthKey’s IMPACT case management services helps you gain access to services that benefit you and your child. IMPACT case management services are designed to be responsive to the specialized service needs of children with SED. Additionally, your IMPACT case manager helps you and your child access, coordinate and assess the helpfulness of the community-based services coordinated within your treatment plan.

IMPACT follows state developed regulations regarding initial and continuing eligibility. To find out if IMPACT services are right for you, discuss with your therapist or, if you are not currently a NorthKey client, contact our ACCESS team at 859-331-3292.
