The Early Childhood Mental Health Initiative is a specialized community focused service designed to improve a child’s mental health and create increased resiliency to developing mental health issues. This initiative receives funding support from the Kentucky Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) and the Department of Public Health (DPH).
NorthKey’s early childhood therapist provides consultation and education to other community-based agencies and professionals working with children ages birth to five. Additionally, our early childhood specialist works with you and your child to enhance early childhood experiences and help your child develop increased resiliency to mental health problems.
