Case Management Services

Case Management services help support your primary treatment plan. If you need more frequent, supportive contacts to help you reach your goals, a case manager works closely with you, ensuring you receive the exact care and support you need.

Your case manager also helps monitor your progress toward your treatment goals and offers feedback to you and your primary therapist to evaluate and adjust your plan when necessary. Case management services are especially helpful for certain types of mental health issues.
